Valentina Zirilli graduated cum laude in Law at the “L.U.I.S.S. University Guido Carli” in Rome.

She is a member of the Rome Bar Association.

She provides assistance in the civil law sector, with particular attention to corporate, bankruptcy, aviation, transport and logistic law.

She acquired consolidated experience in the negotiation of acquisition and in the preparation of restructuring agreements as a solution to the business crisis.
