Mr. Edoardo De Carlo graduated in Law at the University of Rome “Luissi Guido Carli" in 2004 with a final project on the governance of the groups of companies. He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the same University (2017, final project on "Leveraged buy-out, delisting and i.p.o. of Pirelli S.p.A. ").

His main practice areas are commercial, civil procedure and insolvency law.

Admitted to the Rome Bar in 2007, he qualified to plead before the Highest Courts in 2021.

He is an independent director of a listed company in the renewables energies sector and has chaired the supervising bodies of a well-known Italian group of companies.

He has authored and co-authored several publications in the area of civil-procedure, IP and insolvency law.
