Luca Piovesan graduated in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1999. A member of the Bar Association since 2004, he mainly works in commercial law, specialising in copyright cases.

In addition to collaborating in M&A operations, Luca Piovesan offers legal assistance in cases regarding the protection and management of commercial usage rights (copyright and other related rights) in the music and film field, also through social media.

The client base he assists, both in and out of court, also includes companies operating in a range of different industries, as well as music publishers, independent record producers, radio broadcasters, authors and performers in the national and international music business.

Luca Piovesan also works in the field of administrative law and is a member of ALAI Italia (Association Littéraire et Artistique Internationale- International Literary and Artistic Association) and SOLOM (Società Lombarda degli Avvocati Amministrativisti- Lombard Society of Administrative Lawyers).
