Francesco de Lorenzo graduated “cum laude” in law from “La Sapienza” University of Pisa in 1998. A member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2001, he mainly works in the fields of corporate law, M&A, international trade and customs law.

He has assisted clients operating in various sectors, including the mechanical, machine tool and dual-use goods industries, the fashion and luxury sectors, as well as the chemistry, transport and logistics fields.    His expertise in cross-border operations spans from takeovers to the establishment of joint ventures and branches, also covering large supply contracts for goods and services, licensing, distribution and agency contracts.

He has acted as defence lawyer and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings at the Arbitration Chamber of Milan and in other arbitration institutions.
