Luca Pagnotta earned his Law degree with honors from "La

Sapienza" University in Rome, followed by a Magister Legum

Europae from the University of Hannover. He further specialized

through a postgraduate course in International Trade Law and

published extensively in comparative law and private european law.

His expertise was deepened by study visits to the Max Planck

Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg

and scholarships from the German Academic Exchange Service

(DAAD). Admitted to the bar in 1998, Luca quickly focused on

cross-border transactions. His career has since centered on civil,

commercial, real estate, and renewable energy law. Luca advises

international clients in Italy, especially those from Germany, Austria,

and Switzerland. He's an expert in negotiating and drafting cross-

border commercial contracts and provides comprehensive support

for mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on the real

estate and renewable energy sectors. His diverse client base

includes medium-sized industrial and commercial enterprises, as

well as foreign (primarily German) cultural institutes in Italy. As the

Head of the German Desk, Luca is also an active member of

several German-Italian and European legal associations. He serves

on the board of the Association for Cultural Exchange between

Italian and German Jurists.
