Riccardo D’Ippolito graduated in law from the State University of Milan in 1997. A member of the Bar Association since 2000, he mainly works in the field of corporate law and administrative law, specialising in European and Italian cases regarding publicly-owned or combined ownership companies, public and private contracts in general, public contracts and public services or services of general interest, and the specific governance of the Water, Gas, Energy and Transport sectors.

He assists public or private companies and public organisations, following their routine and extraordinary management, organisation, company and corporate transformation phases, including any litigations in civil and administrative courts or before arbitration boards.

Riccardo has assisted clients in a range of extraordinary restructuring and local public service management operations, in M&A operations regarding publicly-owned or mixed ownership companies and in the relative property operations.

He has collaborated with the commercial law faculty in the LIUC- Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza (VA) for many years.
